I have been writing code for almost as long as I can remember. My first computer was an IBM PCjr that my parents bought me when I was in third grade. It came with a BASIC programming language cartridge, which allowed me to make little games on the screen using lines of text commands. From there it wasn’t too far until I started making web pages on GeoCities (remember those?) and eventually graduated from high school with a Computer Science degree from the University of California at Davis
