I’ve been working at my current company for almost 3 years now, and it’s time for me to move on. My last day is tomorrow, so I’ll be taking the next few weeks off before starting my new gig in SF on August 1st.

The plan is that I’ll be living with my girlfriend (who just finished her PhD) while we look for an apartment together; she has a couple of months of post-doc funding left but after that we’re going to have to find some way of making rent money appear out of thin air (or maybe one or both of us will get jobs). We’ll see how it goes
