I’m a big fan of the book, but I think it could have been better.

The Good:

I really liked how the author approached this subject matter. It was very well researched and he did an excellent job at explaining his reasoning for why he believes what he does. He also provided a lot of evidence to support his claims, which is something that I always appreciate in non-fiction books like this one. This book is not just about dieting or nutrition; it’s about health and wellness as a whole, so there are sections on exercise (which can be hard to find in other books), sleep habits, stress management techniques, etc
