I think it is too easy to misinterpret and leads to confusion.

We should use this wording:

A strictly better ability does something that no other card in Magic can do, or does something that another card cannot do as well. A strictly worse ability does something else instead of what the other card already did (or doesn’t do anything at all). If an effect is worded such that it would be impossible for both cards to exist under any circumstances, then they are not comparable and therefore neither one is strictly better or worse than the other
