I’m a big fan of the new “modular” approach to CSS.

I think it’s going to be really powerful, and will make our lives as developers much easier. But there are some things that we need to keep in mind when using it:

1) It is not magic; you still have to write code for your components! Don’t expect them to just work out of the box because they’re modularized. You’ll need a build process (like gulp or grunt), which can concatenate and minify your files. And then you’ll also need a way to reference those modules on your page (like requirejs)
