I started off by getting the news that my application to the University of Waterloos Masters in Computer Science program was rejected, which had me feeling pretty down. Then I got some good news about an internship opportunity at Microsoft Research, and then even more good news when they offered me a full-time job! This has all happened within the span of just over one week.
I will be starting work as a Software Development Engineer Intern on July 2nd, working with Dr. David Molnar on his project Achieving High Performance in Parallel Programs Using Dynamic Compilation (more info)
