To do this, adjust your sleep schedule so that you wake up naturally at a time when you would have been awake anyway. If you cant do this, then try to go to bed early enough so that you are not tired during your workout and/or take a nap after training.
If it is difficult for you to fall asleep or stay asleep, consider using an app like Sleep Cycle (iOS) or SleepBot (Android). These apps monitor your movement while sleeping and use that information in order to wake you up during light sleep rather than deep sleep
